Yoga for me is a life philosophy, one that gives us a chance to live mindfully, helps us to know our body and mind, and to feel good.
In my classes I focus on the importance of precision and alignment in asanas (poses), on mindfulness and on respecting the individual’s capacities and differences.

Yoga has always been part of my life. I was already practicing yoga “in my mother’s belly” and later during her yoga classes for children. Since 2005 yoga has been a very important part of my life.
