My yoga practice began in 2001 when I was living in Mexico. In 2013 I trained as a Yoga teacher and became certified with Yoga Alliance UK.
My practice has been fostered by inspirational Hatha, Kundalini, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow yoga teachers from both Mexico and the UK, to whom I feel gratitude for having shared their experience with me.
I currently teach two Yoga Classes in Bristol, one in English and one in Spanish. The sessions begin with breath work (pranayama), followed by a series of postures (asanas), and a final relaxation. A Yoga Flow to bring harmony into your mind, body and spirit.
I also offer 1h Private Yoga Sessions for companies that wish to incorporate healthy practices into their workplace for the benefit of their employees and the productivity.
I see yoga as a lifestyle, a path for self-development, growth and well-being. A practice which begins on the mat and extends beyond that, to the everyday life.
