Namaste
And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.

– Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

For me yoga is just like that invisible, intangible, essential something that has been part of me for half of my life, taking me around the world to explore and share this tradition. It's the experience of merging dualities: the extremes like stillness and movement, challenge and ease, darkness and light and everything inbetween.

I would really like to believe that the essence of yoga can be conveyed by word, yet like many other things, it might have to be experienced to be truly appreciated. Yoga in a way is a definition of the intrinsic wholeness of the world - and an instrument that keeps reminding us of the beauty and magic of synchronicity that brings you back home, to the place where there is no separation between the body, mind and spirit.

As a "river guide", I am truly honoured to be able to offer you the expertise of my incredible teachers and the wisdom of many styles and traditions of yoga that have merged into a whole, as well as thousands of hours of studying, teaching and living yoga that I have collected over the past 14 years. I look forward to meeting you on the mat wherever in the world our paths cross.

With deep gratitude to Shiva Rea, Paul Muller Ortega, Simon Krohn, Max Strom, Christopher Tompkins, Annie Carpenter, Kimmana Nichols, Yogrishi Vishvketu, Chetana Panwar, Sharon Gannon and David Life.
