Having completed my cinema studies (Bachelor and Master’s degree) at the Paris-Sorbonne University in Paris, France, I completely devoted myself to the path of yoga, as a holistic way of life.

I began my yoga training near Swami Sivamurti Saraswati (Yoga Acharya) in the traditional tantric yoga, completing the teacher training course of Satyananda Yoga (365hrs) at the Bihar Yoga Bharati Institute. Since 2009, I frequently visit the Satyananda Ashram in Athens and in India, living a yogic life close to her teachers. During my stay in Bihar School of Yoga, in the ashram of my beloved spiritual teacher Swami Satyananda Saraswati, I deepened in Kriya and Kundalini Yoga near Swami Satyasangananda Saraswati. Feeling completely devoted and connected to my teacher, I was initiated in Karma Sannyasa, continuing the journey towards self-realization.

Drawing inspiration from the tremendous potential of Vivi Letsou, I completed my Teacher Training Course of Hatha Yoga (200 hrs, NYSY Studio) and Anusara Yoga (Immersions I, II, III). I acquired excellent knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics of the body, of yoga as therapeutic system and of Tantra Yoga as a comprehensive philosophical system. Having deep appreciation for the dynamic system of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, as taught by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, I was trained on it by Dylan Bernstein and continued to follow workshops with renowned teachers, such as Timo Jimenez and Christina Karitinou - Ireland.

In 2012, I completed my training on Yoga Therapy next to Todd Norian and Loretta Stowell, while I am certified Yoga Therapist by International Association of Yoga Therapists. I attended the Therapeutic Flying Lunar Immersion of Acro Yoga by Pau Castellsague and Alexandra Ruiz. I offered several workshops on Therapeutic Yoga in various schools, as well as in Satyanananda Ashram Greece.

In addition, I was trained in the system of Gravotonics and Swing Yoga by Karen Finck. In 2012 I created Aerial Flow Yoga, a complete fitness system that combines the science of yoga, the dynamics of fitness and the art of dance. Also, I have completed the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Course with Sue Elkind.

I am a Certified Yoga Teacher by the International Organization Yoga Alliance and I have completed my Advanced Teacher Training Course of 500 hours with YogaLondon. I am specialized in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, studied next to Rebecca Ffrench and Edward Clark.
I have completed the 200hour Teacher Training Course in Dharma Yoga with Sri Dharma Mittra, in New York.

From 2010 until 2012, I was coordinated the Yoga Teacher Training Courses in collaboration with Studio One Fitness School (Thessaloniki). In 2013, I created Anahata Yoga Academy, an educational academy who offers Yoga Teacher Training programs as well as workshops and seminars with renowned teachers from all over the world.

Through my love for yoga and my internal wish to offer, in 2012, I created Anahata Yoga Studio in Thessaloniki, a space dedicated to love, simplicity and creativity. Through yoga, I inspired, learn, share and continue to evolve. My teachings is based on the science of yoga as a holistic path to inner happiness and harmony with the flow of life.
