Elena first came to yoga ten years ago in search of a way to change her body and improve her fitness, what she discovered became much more and grew to become her passion. Yoga inspired a change within that brought not only a physical change to the body but also a deeper shift of consciousness to the soul. Realising the true purpose of yoga and its effect on the inner self.
Since those first classes, Elena has dedicated herself to developing her knowledge of Yoga Asana and Yogic Philosophy until eventually completing her teacher training in March 2015. Elena then went on to complete online trainings with her most inspiring teacher Sadie Nardini and is now qualified to teach Nardini's Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga.
To further enhance the union of mind and body as therapy Elena has completed certification in Stress Therapy and is currently working towards becoming a counsellor in order to offer a more holistic approach to healing.
Elena offers classes in traditional Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Stress Therapy and Yoga for Illnesses.
