I had my first taste of yoga in 1997 at the Life Centre in Notting Hill, London and fell in love with the practice. Today, I am honoured to meet other souls and share the numerous ways yoga and meditation can transform lives, simply by exploring comfort in stillness. As a permanent student, I am trained in different styles and still investing in continuous education.

My classes are designed to cultivate breath awareness, as a means to explore the mind, while finding balance by engaging wholeheartedly. I teach group and private yoga sessions. Book by sending me an email.

Spring Cleansing Yoga Workshop April 2015

This well balanced workshop was a very good experience for me. Eleni gave a clear description of the techniques to be used before demonstrating and then actively engaging the participants throughout in a gentle and supportive way. Her lovely guided meditation at the end of the workshop was a relaxing and renewing visualisation spiritual journey. Eleni's workshop was followed up with a written handout so the processes could be continued at home. Perfect! Thank you. Jo Espir. Axminster Health and Wellbeing Centre

Lunch time yoga for Scott Rowe solicitors

Eleni has developed a class especially for the staff at Scott Rowe solicitors to enable us to practice yoga in our lunch hour. She is very patient as she is always flexible with the demands of office life an also accommodates differing levels within the class.

She has a supportive and encouraging approach to her practice and to help us develop in our practice.

Eleni provides us with a stress free environment in which we can meditate and give ourselves the time that we would otherwise give to work.

Thank you Eleni for the gift of yoga!
