I have been practicing yoga for over a decade. Since my first teahcer training in Montreal in 2007, I never stopped training. From an iyengar background (hart Lazer in Montreal), I met teachers in yoga therapy (Isabelle Sarne), prenatal (Janice Clarifield), and Shadoe Yoga (Scott Blossom). All those influences brought me to understand on a various levels the need of eahc individual in my classes. I love to teahc in corporate and gentle vinyasa, or restorative classes.
I also practice Thaï-Yoga massage in Montreal and teach for the biggest school in North America: Lotus Palm. Is it an honor for me to be able to spread Metta touch
My last training in Ayurveda, meditation and pranayama brought me another perspective that got deeper into my knowledge.
I'm a daily meditation practitionner that brings me the stability and clear thinking everyday of my life, such a blessin!
