I'm Elina, originally from Finland. Sports and outdoors have always been a huge part of my life and I first tried yoga as a part of my University Rowing team training regimen. Since then yoga has helped me through the stresses or corporate life, sports injuries and major life events.
I teach outdoors in the nature, SUP yoga on a stand up paddle board and of course indoors. I like to keep my classes simple, safe and fun: They are a safe space where we do breathwork, the right amount of movement for the given moment, have a smile and a laugh and end with a full relaxation.
