Elisabeth Gambino, 500-RYT, is certified to teach Vinyasa and Hatha yoga and has studied various styles of yoga and reflective practices including vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, Kripalu, Iyengar, Kundalini, Anusara, YogaDance, and acroyoga. She has been teaching yoga for five years and also teaches experimental dance and fine art. She came to yoga after years of dance and found it more effective than traditional physical therapy in managing pain from a nerve injury. The practice was so transformative that Elisabeth is dedicated to sharing it with others to help them awaken their body's natural capacity for health and well being. Her teaching style encourages mindfulness in motion, strength, and compassionate self-awareness for students of all levels.
