I grew up in Southern California, coming from a family that are all in the stunt business. With that comes some pain. I personally suffer from sciatica, my hips pop out of place, 3 bulging discs in my neck not to mention problems with my knees. I found yoga and it changed my life. My life before was surrounded with DR visits weekly. Now I only go to maintain every 3 to 6 months. I'm virtually out of pain and getting better not worse with age.
I started teaching because of this and now teach at multiple studios, conventions and up and down California. I love it and will continue as long as my body allows it.
