As a holistic bodyworker and Performance Artist, I have experienced the power to heal and grow which is found within the heart and soul, not just the mind.
I teach an alignment-based vinyasa yoga style, which includes my training in the Iyengar and Yin styles, as well as my training in bodywork and the movement arts. I also teach group fitness classes.
I offer private sessions to help and guide people to create their own home-based yoga practice. Rates available upon request.
