Elizabeth Hearn has been practicing yoga for the past 17 years. She began her teacher certification program just as a way to deepen her own practice, but after getting out in the community to teach class and realizing how much she benefited daily from yoga, she decided teaching others was also incredibly valuable to her. She received her RYT-200 from Tranquil Space in 2013 and has been teaching for the past year. She works on keeping class pace slow and steady, so hopefully you don't even notice when you start to sweat! She concentrates on awareness of breath through movement and keeping clean body alignment so that each student develops a sense of self-awareness that can follow them into their daily lives.
