My adventures in yoga began when, at 17, I decided I wanted to touch my toes! Since then, I've practiced a variety of yogas and happily report that toe touching capability! As I practiced, I realised yoga had much more to offer than flexibility (although a very welcome side effect to younger me).
With each change and alignment we create physically, there is a corresponding change/ripple in our emotional, mental and spiritual aspects.
The classes I offer focus on connection, an antidote to emptiness and addiction.
You are your best teacher and healer, and this practice facilitates connection with your inner teacher/healer with physical practice (asana) for energetic work and meditation.
