I was born and grew up in India and my passion for yoga began in childhood. I have over 20 years of formal and personal study in Iyengar , Vinyasa, Sivananda, kundalini and yin yoga with several years of teaching experience. Having also studied other healing modalities like Reiki, Bach flower remedies, Ayurveda ,Indian head massage and meditation, yoga is an integration of my life and I love to share my knowledge still being a perpetual learner. My teaching is constantly inspired by an awareness of the profound effects of yoga in my life and in that of my students.
I attribute everything I like about myself to my practice of yoga which keeps me physically strong, emotionally creative and open.
The practice of yoga is more than the physical aspect, weaving that connection with the breath we come home to ourselves and make ourselves whole again. It reminds us of what is really '' It is the practice of knowing yourself''
