To Elizabeth: yoga was an avenue to achieve self-love, to way to dance with her soul, to slow down time, to heal.
She wanted to share this beautiful way of achieving mindfulness and self-acceptance; she received her Yoga Teacher Certification in 2013, and has been teaching since.
Elizabeth has taught a variety of classes: Align and Flow, Vinyasa, Power, Restorative, Gentle, Yin and Beginner.
She has co-lead 200hr YTT's, SUP Yoga classes, Chakra Aligning, Heart Opening, and Shakti Awakening Workshops.
In her classes, students can expect warm-hearted instruction that focus on feeling the body and inner acceptance: encouraging the students discovery of their own unique expressions of each pose.
Her classes are fun, challenging: focusing on body and energy awareness.
Her classes are mentally and physical challenging as the sequences encourage letting go: of guilt, insecurities, negative thoughts; igniting our inner light, strength and power.
She encourages her students to discover their capabilities, grow confidence and shed the limitations of their minds.
