Growing up in an active family and participating in triathlons and other sports, Elizabeth has been exercising since she could move. She’s been slowly, deliberately and carefully studying yoga, breathing and meditation since 2000 and maintains a personal yoga and meditation practice. This slow and deliberate process has allowed her to incorporate these teachings into her life, both on and off the mat. In addition to her yoga and meditation practice, Elizabeth has extensive experience teaching English to non-native speakers and so is receptive to a variety of learning styles, needs and preferences within a group. Elizabeth is certified in Yoga of Energy Flow, RYT 200 and has completed Shambhala Level II meditation training.
