Always intrigued by the mind-body-spirit connection Keval has pursued training in both martial arts and yoga. With the strength, confidence and discipline she gained from her martial arts training she became more focused on finding her true purpose in life. After her first kundalini yoga class she experienced an opening of her third eye, the center of intuition, and understood this yoga was a part of her purpose. In 2012 she went through Kundalini Yoga teacher training to deepen her understanding and personal daily practice. It was a year of profound change, healing and growth. Keval is now fulfilling the process of her journey by devoting her life in service of teaching Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
