I have always loved practicing yoga and have taken my chosen profession of early childhood teacher and expanded that world to become a yoga teacher! I teach ALL ages, because of the benefits a yoga practice can bring to your physical, mental and emotional well being!
I am registered with Yoga Alliance as a 200 E-RYT and in Aerial yoga. I am trained in Hatha yoga and incorporate pranayama and meditation in all of my classes. I am also a Reiki level II practioner.
I happily offer Beginner, Gentle, Chair yoga for those students with limited mobility, Healthy Aging, Hip/Core, Restorative and yoga for Kids, Tweens, and Teens classes.
I lead series and workshops on a regular basis. Some of these include: Beginners, Ladies Nights (focusing on mindful meditation with chocolate!) and Chakra Balancing workshops with yoga, healing stones and Reiki.
I offer private lessons as well in all of these classes.
