I am a PhD student studying the effects of meditation in the workplace on performance, employee engagement, will power, focus, and emotion regulation. My yoga training was completed with Stewart Gilchrist out of London, UK at the Power Yoga Company. I have been practicing Ashtanga for almost fifteen years now. My mediation practice greatly informs my yoga practice and breath awareness, body scans, and self-compassion are fundamental components of my yoga classes.
