I have found the perfect harmony of spirituality, health, exercise and relaxation and Yoga became part of my daily living. It is not just something that I am practicing for a few hours on the mat, it is a way of life, an orientation and it means a lifelong practice.
Based on many wonderful changes on a physical, mental and spiritual level I decided to share those experiences as a Yoga Teacher. This gives me the chance of sharing and learning in the same way.

My aim is to keep the wonderful ancient philosophies of Yoga in our modern lifes. To create harmony, balance and a better understanding for ourselves, eachother and Life as itself.
In my classes I offer a place of tranquility, to relax, to feel yourself and to practice with mindfulness and awareness. Each body is unique and has its strengths and weaknesses. With a secure and personal orientation we create together a personal space for relaxation, calmness and energy.
