I am a E-RYT-200 plus hours - Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor presently teaching at Revelation yoga and Audage Oasis. Both studios are in Norton, Mass. Teaching yoga is the joy in my life! I am also certified in Meridian yoga and Yoga for Addictions. I love helping others learn the tools and modalities of healing themselves. Through breath and bodywork and meditation there is no limit to what we can accomplish. By everyday awareness of our connection with the Devine in the present moment our true self emerges and our love and light can be free to shine!
