Kishori Yoga is an engaging all-round style of yoga that includes slow moving yet energising vinyasa flows, detailed explorations of classic asanas in order to find a deeper understanding of them and some restorative poses. We end with a relaxation and a short meditation. It finds a healthy balance between the yang and yin, the active and receptive.
Each week has a slightly different variety of asanas, though breath and awareness are always key elements.
The classes are suitable for beginners and continuers alike.
