Ellie began the BWY teacher training program with Rosie Wright in 2013 where she has greatly enjoyed deepening her learning on the wonderful subject that is yoga. Complimenting this, Ellie has had a long standing interest in the Buddhist way of life and has studied and practised Zen and Tibetan Buddhism and meditation.
Ellie teaches hatha yoga classes that are accessible to all. Her classes help to build strength and flexibility whilst keeping a lightness in the body that comes from a secure and steady foundation. She invites students to move with the breath making it a form of meditation and allows them to work more deeply.
Off her mat Ellie works as a couture milliner at John Boyd Hats in Knightsbridge.
