My name is Elliot Phillips and I am the owner of EJP Fitness. I am a Premier Qualified Personal Trainer and Body transformation specialist based in Maida Vale, Central London. I work with clients of all fitness levels across the capital helping them to acheive their lifestyle and fitness goals using my extensive knowledge of health and fitness and unique skill set I have acquired through dedication to learning about the body and how diet and exercise combined can be a deadly weapon.
I grew up heavily involved in many sports, which shaped my career path into the sports industry. I later graduated with a BSc Hons Degree in Sports Performance which I believe helps me to stand out from the 'typical personal trainer' as my knowledge of the human body and its application to exercise is superior than most.
Over the last 5 years I have worked hard on my own lifestyle making the appropriate adjustments to feel both stronger and healthier than ever developing techniques that can be tailored to do the same for each and every individual client I work with. The passion and enthusiasm I dispalyed for health and fitness encouraged me to dive into personal training so I could help others learn more and acheive the same or similar results with their own bodies. Because of this I am now fortunate enough to work as both a fitness model and Personal trainer in Central London. Some of the more popular areas I carry out one to one personal training sessions are Maida Vale (Paddington Rec), Kensal Rise, Queens Park, Primrose Hill, St. Johns Wood, Notting Hill, Holland Park, West Hampstead, Marylebone, The City and most other areas of Central London.
As your personal trainer I am perfectly poised to lead you to success and share with you many techiniques that will help you to move forward making sure you learn why you are doing specific exercises and how to perform them correctly developing good habits along the way. My training formulas are all client focussed and normally involve methods such as bodyweight training (calisthenics), HIIT, Kettle Bells, TRX, Boxing, Circuit Training, PHA and all other client preferences to train.
