I do find teaching yoga lovely and rewarding. Yoga can really be effective in helping to improve not only the physical but the mental, emotional and general health and well-being of a person.
I offer hatha, vinyasa, yin inspired and restorative style classes and can offer 1:1 sessions in my studio for specific conditions or simply to design a yoga flow for you.
My classes are suitable for any-Body! I welcome beginners and those with experience to my classes which including breathing practice, asana and relaxation.
