Emilee Hall

I am Yoga Alliance certified through YogaWorks and Charm City Yoga located in Baltimore and Columbia, MD. I received 300hr YTT training at In Balance in Blacksburg, VA in June 2020.

I have enjoyed four years of teaching yoga classes in the Roanoke, Salem and Franklin County areas.

I love to be outside exploring with my Australian Shepard. I’m a cyclist, runner, and like to swim at Smith Mt. Lake.

I am certified to teach Ashtanga, gentle, hatha, restorative and yin. I have experience and am trained to work with seniors, children & teens, trauma sensitive populations and pre / post natal clients.
