Emilianna’s approach to yoga is simple: to move the body with the breath. Organic movements joined with body alignment are her specialties as well as a good playlist. Yoga was introduced after injuring her knee while running a cross-country competition. Good news is she’s now a smarter runner, knowing the value of balance and recovery, and body awareness. After gaining her 200-hour certification with Pose By Pose, she’s actively pursuing a 500-hour training so that she can delve deeper into the philosophies of this ancient practice, adding another layer to her teaching! She hopes to allow her students a safe space to explore challenges and gain confidence in their bodies, all the while finding their own calmness and ease.
