I'm a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), E-RYT, and certified Integrated Yoga Tune Up® teacher and a Pilates instructor (comprehensive mat and equipment). I am also a teacher trainer for The Roll Mode Method.
After 2 surgeries on my spine, Pilates and Yoga have brought me back to life and to movement. I teach therapeutic Yoga with a strong emphasis on stability, mobility, strength and breath. My functional approach to teaching aims to help you map your body from the inside out so you can live better in your body and keep practicing the activities you love for a lifetime.
