Emily has been practicing yoga for 7 years, and teaching for 3. After graduating from college, she took a chance to deepen her practice and spent a month in Thailand studying with Briohny Smyth and Dice Iida-Klein. With a background in vinyasa flow and an emphasis on alignment, Emily teaches students ages of all ages how to flow freely, breathe deeply, and playfully stretch their boundaries on and off the mat.
