I attended yoga teacher training at Lake Tahoe Yoga School in 2014, receiving my 200 hour certificate as a Raja Hatha yoga instructor.
I discovered yoga and meditation around 18 years ago while trying to deal with asthma, allergies and a growing list of health issues. Over the years I have found that yoga has been one of the biggest keys to keeping me at my healthiest and happiest and has helped me heal in so many ways. For many years I have had a deep desire to teach yoga so I could share with others the magic of yoga/meditation, and now that dream has manifested.
I bring compassion and creativity to the mat with calming, grounding & insightful restorative yoga and meditation practices. My classes are designed to help you let go, clear your mind, open your heart, stretch and relax your body, connect with your breath, and learn to carry the peace you find on the mat into your daily life. We will let go, have fun, relax, renew, get grounded and centered, and learn to be more gentle and compassionate with ourselves.
