Emily began practicing yoga several years ago as a compliment to her work as an Actress. Simply beginning as physical practice to warm up before performances, she soon discovered yoga as a greater opportunity to connect to the present moment, observe, and explore a deeper connection to the the world around her. She earned her RYT 200 Vinaysa teacher training from Allay Yoga in Kensington, MD in 2014. Emily's classes are designed to energize the body and unwind the mind. Her classes are creatively fueled by music and sequences emphasizing mindful movement, attention to alignment, energy and breath. Above all, Emily encourages yogis to have fun on their mats!
