Emily began practicing yoga as an exciting new activity; and to supplement her training as a runner. After realizing the emotional, physical, mental, and healing benefits of yoga, she was hooked.
Emily loves to inspire and empower others through yoga and holistic approaches to health. She is honored to welcome individuals of all levels, ages, and works with students to introduce strength, balance, and focus. She was fortunate to train at various yoga retreats around the world, and work with some of the best yoga instructors such as Alejandra Torres in Playa Hermosa, Cartago, Costa Rica, and Dagmar Spremberg in Montezuma, Costa Rica.
