Emily is passionate about Yoga and has been practicing Yoga for 20 years. In January 2018, she decided to dedicate the year to Yoga. She took in an intense course to become a Hatha Yoga teacher and received a distinction. Before completing her course, she already had demand as a cover teacher.
She furthered her studies with a Children’s Yoga degree followed by a Teen Yoga degree.
Emily has 6 adult classes, 3 children’s classes, 2 corporate classes and 2 teen class.
She works with individuals, families, corporate companies and also speaks at Company Away Days and Events on Yoga and Mindfulness for Anxiety.
She also runs Yoga and Sound Baths, Meditations, Yoga Nidras, Charity Yoga events and loves using her event background to host and lead Yoga retreats!
