Born and raised in Southern California but now settled in Sussex, Emily teaches vinyasa flow, hot yoga, and power yoga. She is fascinated by the connection between the mind and body, and hasn’t found anything else that so effectively strengthens the body while quieting the mind.

In her classes, she focuses on alignment, core and strength work, creative sequencing, and linking the breath to the movement to create a moving meditation. She aims to get people to achieve healthier patterns of movement so their bodies will be strong and last long, and, most importantly, feel good.
