I am a naturopathic medical student, and I strive to bring health and happiness to my community through yoga. My teaching style involves meeting the body where it is each day and showing modifications to individualize the practice. I encourage self-compassion, love, and acceptance in each yoga class. A typical class of mine starts with a grounding meditation, a vinyasa style flow through the crest of class, and ends with an introspective, yin style. My goal is for you to leave feeling grounded, nourished, and whole.
