Vinyasa Flow yoga with Emma.
'Vinyasa' is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘connection’ or ‘link’.
In vinyasa flow yoga we connect the breath to the movement, linking asana to asana, creating a flow, a moving meditation and thus, we create over an hour of mindfulness.
Emma is a fully qualified yoga instructor (500hr BWY & YA) who has trained with world known teachers such as Shiva Rea, Alan Finger and Richard Freeman. As an ex dancer, she has a passion for anatomy and understanding of movement in our physical body, as well as how this affects the energetic body and viceversa.
Always creative in her approach to teaching and life in general, her empathic personality makes her an innate teacher.
And she loves every minute of it!
