I am a certified 200-hour yoga instructor with Yoga Inbound International with two previous trainings in Samadhi Power and Aerial yoga. I have two years of experience teaching individuals and groups ranging from 3 to 20 people.
My style of teaching is centered around deep and deliberate breathing and my focus is on health. I work with my students as individuals to guide them through a practice that helps them access their strength and focus, calming the anxieties that every day life will unfailingly provide. My classes can be vigorous and deep, but also fun. When appropriate, I work in elements of Thai Massage and Acro Yoga, using all aspects of my training to create the best yoga experience possible for my students.
