I am a passionate yoga teacher who builds dynamic classes around the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga. I help students escape from and power up for their hectic London lives, bringing them back to the present moment to refocus, rebalance and recharge.
Blending hatha and vinyasa yoga, my classes will help you increase flexibility, tone and strengthen your body whilst calming and soothing your mind. A new mother myself, I also offer specific classes for pregnant women and their babies to give them the strength and relaxation they need at this pivotal moment.
I have a positive, encouraging and fun style, am adaptable and ensure that everyone enjoys the power of yoga no matter what level of experience you have.
