Emmanuelle was first introduced to yoga while traveling in Japan at age 17. She has been incorporating yoga in her life ever since.
She completed her 200 Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa Power Flow with Frog Lotus International in Bali, Indonesia and recently completed her 800-hour Yoga Therapy professional training with the renowned American School "Integrative Yoga Therapy". She is currently in the process of obtaining the protected title of 'Yoga Therapist' through the International Association of Yoga Therapist.
Emmanuelle has traveled extensively and has had the chance to train with great yoga teachers from around the world, including India, Nepal, Japan and New Zealand. She appeared in the Australian Yoga Journal in the November 2012 issue, following a yoga trek in Nepal that was documented by a journalist.
She is co-founder of The Mana Centre, a private practice that offers group and private yoga classes as well as psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families.
