I first took a Yoga class in India around 20 years ago, not knowing a single thing about it, other than the fact that it can make you flexible. Little did I know that this first introduction would quickly get me hooked on a practice that began to unite my body and make me feel whole again.
After 10 years of practice, I decided to undertake my teacher training, and have been teaching regularly ever since. I like to teach people to find the poses and adaptations of poses that suit their unique body. I teach with the individual in mind and use Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and relaxation techniques in my classes, making sure that each person can find the appropriate level for them.
I am specialised and deeply interested in Yoga Therapy, and am keen to teach students to empower themselves by finding their own practice that suits their needs.
