Yoga is all about balance and feeling whole in both your body and the world - this is the perspective from which I teach. I took my first yoga class in college and picked it back up after the birth of my second child. I have been teaching yoga since 2004 and have taught adults, teens and children. Lately I have been teaching mostly prenatal and post-natal yoga (new moms with their babies) in addition to regular adult classes.
I have done two 200 hour RYT teacher trainings, one basic Hatha and the other Anusara, as well as many teacher and regular workshops for continuing education to improve my teaching skills and advancement of my own practice.
