I began my journey of 'self' exploration as a dancer at the
age of 11. I taught dancing for 9 years as a qualified dance instructor with the Association of International Dance Teachers, and furthered my knowledge of the body with a diploma in Exercise Science. I attended my first yoga class at the age of 16 and ever-since have always found my way back to the yoga mat.
After practising Hatha Yoga for a number of years, and enjoying the benefits of Kundalini and Pregnancy Yoga throughout both of my pregnancies, I decided that the natural way forward in my journey would be to share my knowledge with others. I have completed over 750 hours of Yoga Teacher Training with a 500 Hour ISHTA Teacher Training, a 250 Hour Hatha Yoga Instructor's Course as well as a Prenatal/ Postnatal Yoga Instructors Course.
With both a love of Yoga and a strong teaching background as my foundation, you can rest assured that you will be supported by a teacher who focuses on alignment and safe practice while giving you the space to explore your Yoga journey.
