Erica came to yoga seeking mental and physical balance--she has found that and so much more. "I'm admittedly a work in progress," laughs Erica. "But the practice has opened so many doors for me. I decided to become a teacher to help others discover those open doors as well."
Her style is hatha yoga with a vinyasa flow, occasionally punctuated by humor. She encourages students to honor their bodies and always find room for exploration.
