She completed her 200hour teacher training at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja Mexico under the inspiring guidance of Allison Eaton, Nicolina Sandstedt, Mercy Ananda, and Craig Perkins. Erica enjoys teaching Hatha, Yin Yoga and a creative and energetic Vinyasa flow that focuses on connecting breath with movement while also adding a dash of humor.
Erica began practicing yoga to manage migraines, back and neck pain but found it spiritually empowering as well as physically therapeutic. She learned the importance of connecting breath with movement to calm the mind and the importance of making time for yourself. Erica found a new path to health and happiness, and felt a strong calling to share it with others.
