Last year medical student trying to become a yogamaster. For a year I've been following Yogis and collecting yogachallenges that I try to do one by one. I've always loved hardcore training but yogachallenges is something else. It connects body and mind, gives me focus and a strong, confident body. There's nothing like nailing that pose for the first time and like a fat bonus on top - I've never been this ripped before. I'll share all my new progress and ofcourse try to inspire you to start this awesome workoutform.
