I have practiced yoga for 20 years, starting with my first class in Boulder, CO with the wonderful Richard Freeman. My yoga practice has been steady at times, and fluctuating at times, but the inherent goodness of the teaching was seated in me at that very first class. As I have changed over the years, so has my practice. I have evolved into a more mindful practice and this is what my teaching expresses. I offer classes for all levels of students and particularly enjoy sharing the simplicity of breath and movement and the ease with which attention to the breath can bring peace, love and joy to one's day.
