  Favorite Class 

  Yin is a quiet practice, but not an easy one. This wonderful class includes a thoughtful, seasonal sequence of yin poses, with about 5 minutes in each pose. We will encourage the flow of chi/prana through the traditional Chinese meridians and allow for a softening of our connective tissue. We leave refreshed, with open bodies and clear minds.
