I began my yoga practice, as so many of us do, with a dvd in
college. It grew from a space of supporting lower back issues and
my aspirations of becoming a professional mountain bike cyclist, to
realizing that yoga is a truly beautiful and sustainable way to
cultivate the connection of body, mind, & spirit. I am a mama
to a wild little man with autism and a proud Army wife. My
family & I focus our energy on a slower lifestyle and staying connected
with Mother Nature. It is from this space that I create my classes
and offerings.

lovely experiences

I have had the pleasure of knowing Erin for a few years and her teachings just keep getting better and better. She has a very clear vision and makes you feel heard. It is very nice to find a teacher who can hold space for you -- whether you are flowing or restoring.

Good for the Soul

Erin is the most friendly, open, kind spirited, nurturing individual. I met Erin during a challenging time in my life, and she took on a role far beyond my yoga teacher. She genuinely cares for her students.
Her classes are simply good for the soul. Not only do they benefit you physically, but they put you at ease and reassure you that there's so much beauty in this world.
Her authentic love of yoga is inspiring. Attending her classes is a real joy.
