I've been practicing yoga since 2008 and completed my 200-hour training in Therapeutic Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga with Bo Forbes in 2013, with whom I continue to study and assist in workshops. I am continually surprised by the physical and emotional healing power of my practice.
My down-to-earth classes include mindful sequencing to gradually and gently open the body. Through the use of breath, slow transitions, and modifications I hope to help others find balance within their practice.
I'm an avid David Lynch fan and live with my beautiful family in Western Mass.
