Our bodies already know how to heal themselves and this restorative process requires us to rest deeply. Supportive pillows offer passive stretches and an invitation for breath into the deeper places of ourselves.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE:
As a Massage Therapist, I am focussed on Individual Needs for Effective Transformation.
Deep Relaxation, Increased Energy, Body Awareness, More Flexibility, Deeper Breathing & Self Nurture.
40 Hour Thai Yoga Massage Course:
This course can be done over 7 days or 4 weekends or 7 weekly meetings. It is designed for individuals who have a movement practice (yoga, dance, physical therapy, Body Awareness, etc.) and feel they are ready to help others with their own two feet! The sequence is a flow of Thai Massage postures that make up a 2 hour treatment. The goal is that you develop your Heart and the Compassion and Love to help others soften and love the way their body feels again. If we are clear about this intention, then your physical capabilities to offer this treatment will flow naturally and creatively from all the right places. If you begin with this intention, you allow for your intuition and touch to develop instead of just memorizing the sequence.
You will be given a Certificate of Completion which you can register with the Thai Healing Alliance International or use for Continuing Education hours depending on your profession.
